2020 Pan-Asia BUSINESS SIMULATION GAME Friendly Competition (video)

The organizers wish to set a periodical BSG competition among Asian countries from year 2020 annually, so that we conduct this Friendly Competition as a pilot run for long term work. We wish to have your feedback during or after this Friendly Competition sincerely.

4) The game

Background:

Business simulation games have been proven by many authoritative studies to be the best way to learn business management. For many people to own a restaurant with a personal style is the biggest dream of a lifetime. However, the current management education attaches great importance to the cultivation of professional skills and lacks training in overall planning.

In view of this, the plan is to utilize a “Restaurant Management Guru (RMG) “business simulation game. With the chain restaurant industry as the background, it will use marketing, human resource planning, price setting, inventory management, promotion activities and other business management concepts to use people-to-people interaction. Competitive online software presentation, in conjunction with the learning plan, a case simulation lesson plan, entertaining through games, making classroom learning more lively, to improve the lack of traditional static teaching, and combining theory with practice, Under the discipline of “learning by doing”, participants will repeatedly practice the management knowledge and management skills of the catering industry, so that participants can experience the fun and hardships of entrepreneurship, and then evaluate whether they have the characteristics and capabilities of entrepreneurship.

Focus:

Students from Asian countries studying business management or interested in business management can achieve the purpose of professional study and exchange personal experiences through BSG.

Business Simulation Game scenario:

“RMG” is to simulate actual business situations through lesson plan production, situational teaching, role-playing, and business competitions in order to train participants’ practice management capacity.

Participant tasks:

The management team needs to analyze and make decisions based on the business plan and various information.
